Hello and welcome to Worthwhile Wander! For the better part of two years, beginning in February 2021, my spouse (Nicole) and I (Miguel) have been traveling and working around the world. We’ve lived in major cities such as Paris, London, and New York, and spent entire months in surprising countries such as Romania, Wales, and Egypt. In our recounting, you’ll learn about packing for a trip, what apps to take with you, and what are the absolutely necessary phrases you need to get by when speaking another language. This project is a labor of love for me and my spouse. We both hope you can learn it’s possible to travel, and see the world, even on a limited budget. It’s been quite an adventure living life as true nomads over the past couple of years, and we want to share with you our experiences and insights from our time local and abroad.
